git/bulk-backup-repos

Create zip files as backups of all git repositories matched by a glob. The repos will be re-pulled before being backed up, and only files from the remote and the history will be used for the backup.

Usage

npx @lukasbach/scripts git/bulk-backup-repos

You can call the script directly if you have installed it globally:

npm i -g @lukasbach/scripts
ldo git/bulk-backup-repos

Options

• --repos, -r: Glob for repositories to be backed up (should match the .git folders)
• --target, -t: Folder to store the backups in
• -v, --verbose: Verbose logging

You can also omit options, and will be asked for them interactively.

Add --yes to skip all confirmations.
